Orioles Banner Series
The Baltimore Orioles commissioned a series of environmental design upgrades at Oriole Park at Camden Yards to enhance the stadium’s atmosphere and celebrate the franchise’s rich history. Collaborating with Project 13, I designed a series of banners honoring 11 of the most iconic moments in Orioles history.
Visual Direction and Elements:
Historical Narratives: Each banner commemorates a defining moment in Orioles history— from the opening of Camden Yards to Cal Ripken Jr.’s legendary 2,131st consecutive game—offering fans a visual journey through the team’s most unforgettable achievements.
Dynamic Imagery: A mix of archival photography and bold typography create visually compelling designs that resonate with fans.
Cohesive Aesthetic: A consistent color palette and typographic approach ensure the banners seamlessly integrate into the stadium’s environment while reinforcing the Orioles' brand identity.
This project serves as a lasting tribute to the Orioles' legacy, bringing the team’s history to life within the walls of Camden Yards.
